Registration and Payment
In order to reserve your accommodations for your trip, we require a 25 per cent deposit upon reservation. Final payment for the trip is due 10 days in advance of the start date.
We accept all major credit cards by secure online form, email transfer, or a cheque by mail.
Upon reservation, we’ll refer you to the appropriate online registration form and provide you with an information package, including a recommended list of clothing and accessories.
A liability waiver must be signed before we begin the program – this will be done when you arrive. A copy of the waiver is provided here so that you can review it prior to reserving. All members of the party over the age of 17 and the parent or legal guardian of any member under the age of 18 years must complete the waiver.
Our trips tend to have small group sizes so any cancellation is significant.
Our cancellation policy, is as follows: For cancellations made more than 10 days before the trip start date, we will provide a full refund the deposit less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations made between 10 days prior and the trip start date will receive a 50 per cent refund. Any cancellations made after the trip start date will be refunded 50 per cent of unused portion of the trip.
In the event that Blaq Bear Eco Adventure Routes has to cancel a trip, we will refund 100 per cent of monies paid to that date.
Travel and Medical Insurance
Travel insurance is required. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
We recommend that you have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage or evacuation that you may cause or suffer.
You will be responsible to fully bear the costs incurred including evacuation. If you are travelling from outside of Ontario, out-of-province insurance is recommended.
